Life is full of stressful experiences, some bigger than others. Join your friends in working together to overcome these stressors with a variety of coping skills. As you play you will naturally become more aware of coping skills that could be used in real life as well as having more organic conversations about mental health with students, children, and friends. Play and discover just how Cope-Able  you can be.

MISSION

Help adolescents to learn healthy coping skills and help facilitate meaningful conversations about mental health in schools and homes.

The Game

Cope-Able was developed with the intention to be educational. There is strategy to win the game as you work together. However, the content on the cards and the conversations together provide participants great opportunities to learn and discuss principles of mental health.

Curriculum

Along side the game, we have developed a 4 session curriculum that teaches students what coping skills are and the pattern in which they are often used.

Support

The art to the experience is the facilitation. The developers of the game are family therapists and prevention specialists. Schedule a time for them to teach you directly how to play the game, helpful ways to facilitate conversation, and best ways to leverage the curriculum.
